I am a Designer Bookbinder and an Artist. All the artwork I make is unique including series. I create my products in my artbindery workshop located in Savonlinna near the Olavinlinna Castle. You can see me working and buy my artwork. I add artistic spirit to the books I create. I have a special education for binding books. I can design a product by your wish or you can buy one from my workshop
Photo albums, diaries, guest books, business gifts, pocketbooks, poem books, different types of folders and casings are made of goat or raindeer leather, my design graphic paper, colored linen, handmade paper or bookbinding fabric with inset images, gilded decorations, texts or with other details. I can also repair your broken books with gentle hand cherishing traditions.
I teach private students and I organise courses about experimental or traditional ways of making books.
